I received the Intevation Free Software Award donated by Intevation GmbH for my PhD thesis and the Las Vegas Reconstruction software.

2012 Three month research visit at the MUSE group at Massey University, New Zealand (funding: BMBF)

The title of my Master's thesis was "Automatische Rekonstruktion Planarer 3D-Umgebungen" (Automatic Reconstruction of Planar 3D Environments).
